Refunds:
I take pride in my creations and I aim to please with my work.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, I will refund OR
exchange your order.
In order to process your exchange or refund, you must notify me
immediately upon receiving the order. The order must be returned
in the original packaging, with all items included in un-opened, new
packaging within 14 days. Shipping expense will be the customer's
responsibility. ** This does not apply to exchanges or errors
caused by Tracy Baker Creations.

Payment:
After you place your order and I have received all information
regarding your order, I will send you an invoice. All orders must be
paid for in advance and cleared before I will process the
order and ship it.

I accept checks, postal money orders and paypal.
Checks are to be made out to: Tracy Baker
If you pay by check or money order, I will not process the order or
ship it out until your check or money order has cleared my bank.
(Waiting period is about 10 days)

Turn Around Time:
I create my orders as they are ordered. So some projects require
more time than others. Each order will be different in turn around
time. It all depends on what you order, how big your order is, how
busy I am when orders are placed and how and when you pay.
Most major holidays will be a busy time for me so it's best to get
your orders in early!
My general turn around time on all orders is about 1 - 2 weeks, but
can take up to up 4 weeks. When you place your order, I will give
you an estimated completion date.
** This does not include shipping time! **
Items shown on site "Buy Now" are already made. There is
no turn around time for these items. If you purchase one of
these items, I will ship it to you as soon as your payment clears.

Other Policies:
** Customers will be responsible for shipping costs, even if you
refuse the order.

** No refunds or exchanges on personalized orders that include
names and dates. (unless there is an error caused by Tracy Baker
Creations)

** I hand make all my orders so no two orders will ever by just alike.
The order you receive may not look just like what is shown on my
site, but it will be comparable. "Buy Now" items are sold AS IS.
What you see on the site is what you will get.
